Point Across Media’s Video Production Process is built specifically with healthcare systems and healthcare marketers in mind. Our streamlined production process leads to an end-product that supports your digital and content marketing goals for today’s patients.
VIDEO PRODUCTION PROCESS
1. CLIENT SELECTS PACKAGE:

Client selects one of the quarterly packages offered by Point Across Media.

We plan out the project with the client.

Shoot length depends on the package selected but will range from 1-5 days.
2. PRE-PRODUCTION

With a 20-year background in broadcast news and our sole focus on healthcare video, we develop questions and conversation starters to capture the most valuable and impactful information in an interview.
3. SHOOT SCHEDULE

Physician Profile shoots take 30 minutes per physician--15 minutes for the interview and 15 minutes for b-roll.

Clients have access to our Online Scheduling Tool. This tool makes it easy for the marketing or clinic manager to schedule time slots for the shoot days and have visibility to the shoot schedule. Confirmation and reminder emails are automatically sent.
4. SHOOT DAYS

Our streamlined set-up will not disrupt your staff or patients.

Our team is well-versed in HIPAA and have over 10 years of experience shooting in exam and operating rooms.
5. POST PRODUCTION & EDITING

Fully edited videos are sent to the healthcare system for approval. 1 edit per video is included at no additional charge.

On average it takes between 4 -6 weeks to complete video packages, however a concrete date is established with the client once the scope of work is determined.
